5 clove of garlic (minced)
1 inch ginger (minced)
5 pieces of chicken (any parts)
10 tablespoon of oyster sauce
4 tablespoon dark soy sauce
3 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoon white vinegar
3 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoon corn flour
4 cups of water
Dried Shitake mushroom (Soak and cut)
Yee Mee (soak in hot water and toss)
Method:
- Preheat the oil in the saucepot. Put in the minced garlic and ginger and stir for a while.
- Put in the chickens and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Pour in the oyster sauce, dark and light soy sauce and stir for a while.
- Pour in the water and stir it until it is well mixed.
- Put in the vinegar and sesame oil and stir.
- Put in the soaked mushrooms.
- Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes.
- Ready to eat.
