Mashed Potatoes and Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

Potatoes (Any kind)
2 sticks Celery (Minced)
1 holland onion (Minced)
50g fresh milk
2 chicken cubes
20 grams butter
 1 tablespoon All purpose flour
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper
Water

Method:

Peel off the skin and boil the potatoes until tender
Mashed the potatoes.
Mix the mashed potatoes with milk and add some salt.



Chicken stock:
In a saucepan, boil the minced celery and onion.
Put in the chicken cubes and bring to boil.
Simmer for a while.

Gravy:
Heat butter till it melts, add in the flour ans stir well over low heat.
Add in the chicken stocks gradually and bring to boil.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and simmer until gravy is thick.
