2012 marks the first time I landed to Sabah the Land Below the Wind. It was mesmerizing, fascinating and unforgettable moments in my life. My version of Durian Hokkaido Chiffon cupcake. A combination of soft cake with durian flavored fresh cream. For those who really love durians should try this cupcake. Bon appetite!

Trip to Kota Kinabalu (BKI)
